Mik, one of the bestest and most talented fanfic authors out there, has written the following story for me as part of the Katrina Relief fund donation thing. It's absolutely fantastic. It made me cry, it made me smile, and it gave me lots of collywobbles. (the good kind *g*)

This is M/Sk, there's no sex or spankies, just good old-fashioned angst and brilliant characterization.
