Happy New Year!

Exactly one year ago, after a truly craptastic 2015, I said that things could only get better in 2016.

And then 2016 happened in all its glory.

(Sidenote: FU, 2016. FU sideways. Repeatedly.)

So I'm somewhat reluctant to now say that things can only get better in 2017. But you know what? 2017 will be the year of the Jensen Hug and the Padahug and no matter what other fuckalicious things will be thrown at me, I'll get my hugs and it'll be awesome and counteract any bad stuff that might come my way. SO THERE.

(I hope I didn't just jinx JIB in general and my trip in particular with the statement above... *gulps*)

I think we've been so busy focusing on the bad stuff that happened (because there was a SHITLOAD of bad stuff) that we forgot the good stuff. I still feel the bad stuff faaar outweight the good stuff last year, but I'm making a conscious decision to focus on the good stuff this year. *is determined*
