I think everyone in the NCIS fandom knows or at least has heard about the uproar, especially on FB, regarding Dorneget, a recurring character that turned out to be gay.

I'm not gonna go into any details here, y'all know what I'm talking about.

Anyway, here's the most awesometastic reaction ever. An open letter. A BRILLIANT open letter.

If you don't much care for the review of  "Need to Know" (though it's funny and raises a few interesting questions, most notably about the absence of Jimmy Palmer), just fast forward to about five minutes in. That's where the open letter starts.

I only have one thing to say (or, rather, quote from the "Insider's Blog" over at CBS.com).

And, to be sure, Dorney will be returning in episodes to come.

Thanks to the super-sekkrit link hinky_hippo sent me, I finally figured out how to add a user-made header. I already did that a week or so ago in my fic comm gaby_fanfic but now I finally tweaked the drool-worthy awesomeness that is MW and made the above header for my private LJ. *points*

I know it's not much in the grand scheme of things, but I'm very happy right now. :D

How adorably cute is he anyway?!?! *melts* Look at that smile!!! And he looks to be about the age I have Little Tony be in "Second Chances" right now. So, imagine that kid *points above* charming the socks off growly bear Gibbs. Yeah.
